The M-CARE Project team paid a successful working visit to the Bono Region, where they met with the Regional Health Director and his management team in Sunyani to discuss implementation plans for the project.
Discussions focused on the project’s objectives, the proposed approach for selecting participating health facilities, and the critical role of the Regional Health Directorate in facilitating engagement with selected facilities.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of identifying and finalizing key stakeholders whose involvement will be essential to the project’s success.
In addition, the upcoming ground-truthing exercise was discussed, with the Regional Director and his team expressing their full support for the process.
Overall, the visit was highly productive and reaffirmed the Bono Regional Health Directorate’s strong commitment to the successful implementation of the M-CARE Project.
