Dr. Gordon Kwasi Ampomah Amoh

Dr. Gordon Kwasi Ampomah Amoh is a Senior Specialist Family Physician, clinician-scientist, and PhD candidate with the M-CARE Project at Amsterdam University Medical Center (Amsterdam UMC). Based at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, Ghana, his research focuses on multimorbidity, person-centred care, non-communicable diseases, implementation science, and health systems strengthening. His doctoral research investigates the epidemiology and management of cardiometabolic and mental health multimorbidity in Ghana to inform integrated, person-centred models of care.

Dr. Amoh holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Edinburgh and is a Fellow and Faculty Secretary of the Faculty of Family Medicine at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. He also serves as Training and Research Coordinator in the Department of Family Medicine at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, where he supports research capacity building and academic training. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to national and international health initiatives with the World Health Organization, Ghana Health Service, Ministry of Health, and Jhpiego that advance research priority setting, health advocacy, and evidence-informed healthcare
